34種類の国産野菜と米こうじが入ったスープのお店。 創業者・辻博史のミクソロジスト(元バーテンダー)の混ぜ合わせる技術と、野菜ソムリエとしての知識を活かし、2013年に山口県初の日本野菜ソムリエ協会認定レストランMaazel MaazelをOPEN。そこで人気があったスープを2年の歳月をかけ、心を込めて商品化しました。保存料・着色料・うま味調味料無添加のからだにやさしいスープは、お中元・お歳暮などをはじめ、お祝い・お礼・お見舞いなど健康や美容を気遣う大切な方への贈り物として、お供えや香典返しなどにも選ばれています。常温長期保存ができ、手軽に野菜と米こうじの栄養が摂れるので自宅用にストックしていると安心というお声もいただいております。
