Mayfield Vineyard, established in 1815, is a historic estate beneath Mount Canobolas. Once a haven for pioneers and gold-seekers, it became renowned for its cool climate wines after vines were planted in 1999. Today, Mayfield produces award-winning wines, including the Trophy for Best NSW/ACT Chardonnay in 2023.
